HOSPITAL APPEAL

The room in the photo's above is our treatment room. The size of this room is about 3m x 6m, so when it is filled with cages and volunteers, there is not much room as you can imagine!

During 2011 we had to close our facilities twice as we just could not fit any more patients in. This was an incredibly difficult decision for us to make and one that weighed heavily on our minds.

2012 is looking to be even busier than 2011 and we really do not want to have to make the decision to turn an animal away again this Year. There is a garage adjacent to our treatment room that we could convert into an "overflow" room and this would double our capacity for patients.

However, in order to make that garage usable, we need to remove its contents (it is currently used for storage), insulate the roof, clad the walls, line the floor, extend the lighting and connect the room to our treatment room, ie provide a doorway. The cost of these alterations is just under £1,500 and this is why we need your help.
