Please bear in mind that we are a very small charity, run entirely by just a few volunteers, so we are not able to run a 24 hour service. We are currently able to take in new patients between 1pm and 6.30pm, 7 days a week.

For the same reasons, we are not able to collect animals from members of the public and you will be asked to bring the animal to us unless it is considered a dangerous animal, such as a fox or badger. Please note that children (under 16's) are not permitted on to the premises due to insurance restrictions.

Due to restrictions on our facility, we are not able to take in Deer or Swans.
