TWIGGY TREATS

You will need

• Untreated fruit tree twigs, apple tree, cherry tree, etc (or lollipop sticks)
• 2 cups of bird seeds, nuts and dried fruit
• 1 egg
• a cup of honey

Preheat the sticks in a warm oven. Mix dry ingredients together and bind with the egg. Press the mixture onto the sticks and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes until toasted. Brush the honey over the treat sticks and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Hang from the trees in the garden.
